This pettiskirt dress is made from yards and yards of soft chiffon material with yards of ruffles. Silk lining underneath, attached soft lace around the waist, comes with a soft shiny satin stretching top, with soft pearls and satin ribbon on the top part with cute little flowers and pearl center. The feathers and flowers are on a detachable brooch. The straps are made out of soft chiffon roses and a little bling.
