This crown has a sturdy cardboard base covered in pink striped paper. Trimmed with beautiful handmade crepe paper ruffles, roses and lots of old fashioned glitter! You can choose any number that you like. The hat is adjustable to fit any size (child-adult) with muslin ties in the back. Custom made to order.
