Retail Store Location

We started our online boutique 5 years ago and are thrilled to have recently opened our first retail store!

Our retail store is located in Frisco, TX in the specialty shopping center: The Shops of Starwood. The center is located on the West side of the Dallas North Tollway off Lebanon Road. The store is open Monday though Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm.

Current Promotions

For a limited time, get a $25 Gift Card for every $250 purchased. For example, spend $500 and get a $50 gift certificate to use on your next order. Shipping

We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or Federal Express. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please note, Canadian orders may be subject to Canada's VAT tax unless sent as a gift. We suggest checking your local tax rules before ordering.

Gift wrap ia available for $5.00 per box. We are happy to include a gift card, please use the gift message section for the card greeting.

Exchanges & Returns:

Dimples and Dandelions strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will still be responsible for postage and with children's rugs or furniture a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Dimples and Dandelions will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are noted in either the product description or indicated in the ships in time. Dimples and Dandelions offers free fabric and finish samples to help you select the appropriate colors and best designs for your decor.

Our artisans take great pride in packaging their items. Unfortunately, pieces are occasionally damaged during transit. Should this happen during your delivery, it is important to note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves if applicable. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Texas address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
