Dimples and Dandelion's retail store is located in Frisco, TX in The Shops of Starwood, on the West side of the Dallas North Tollway at the Lebanon road exit. The store is open Monday though Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Physical address: 6959 Lebanon Rd., Suite 103, Frisco, TX 75034.

We do our best to ship in-stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small. Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or Federal Express Ground. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is also available.

Exchanges & Returns:
Dimples and Dandelions is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
- We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Personalized and made-to-order custom items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your order date.
- Returned furniture, rugs, lamps, and chandeliers may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please call if you have any questions.
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Texas address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
